1. Ownership

All material on this platform - including the source code, application architecture, server-side logic, design system, page layouts, posters, article covers, logos, illustrations, copy, brand marks, video showreels and the interactive games and apps showcased here - is the proprietary intellectual property of GreenCrate Solutions (Pty) Ltd ("GreenCrate INOV8"), unless explicitly credited otherwise.

All rights are reserved. Copyright protection applies from the moment of creation and is enforced under South African law and applicable international copyright treaties.

2. What you may NOT do

Without prior written permission from GreenCrate Solutions (Pty) Ltd, you may not:

• Copy, reproduce, mirror, fork, or republish any source code shown or accessible through this platform.
• Download, save, screenshot, scrape, or redistribute the design work, posters, article covers or brand assets displayed in the Design Studio.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or clone the games, PWAs or AI tools featured in the Dev Studios section.
• Use any element of this platform - visual, textual, or functional - to train AI/ML models.
• Pass off GreenCrate INOV8 work as your own or use it for commercial gain.

3. What you may do

• View and interact with the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• Share links to public pages on social media or in messages.
• Reference our work in good-faith editorial coverage with clear attribution and a link back.
• Contact us to discuss licensing, partnership or commissioned work.

4. Frontend code notice

Like every web application, parts of this platform's frontend code are delivered to your browser in order to run. Technical visibility of that code does not imply a licence to copy, redistribute, or reuse it. Sensitive logic, credentials and data operations are intentionally kept server-side and are not exposed to the browser.

5. Third-party content

Where logos of clients, partners or open-source libraries appear, they remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification and showcase purposes only.

6. Enforcement

GreenCrate Solutions (Pty) Ltd actively monitors and enforces its intellectual property rights. Unauthorised use may result in takedown notices, civil claims for damages, and where applicable, criminal proceedings under the Copyright Act 98 of 1978 (as amended) of the Republic of South Africa.
